Chef's Tasting Menu at Table 128
Join us on Saturday, November 23, 2024, for our Chef's Tasting Menu dinner series! This seasonally inspired three-course menu is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate fall’s best flavors and textures, pairing beautifully with select beverges for an elevated experience.
The dinner is $55 per person; if you want to add beverage pairings, it's $88. Reservations are recommended, but not required.

First Course:
glazed pork belly - chickpea panisse, tomato-bacon bbq, green apple slaw

Second Course:
seared barramundi - lemon-garlic butter, fried capers, tomato confit, parsnip puree & chips
Optional Wine Pairing: Domaine de Châteaumar, "Cuveé Amandine", viognere, Côtes du Rhône, FR 2022
Third Course:
chocolate budino - bittersweet chocolate, cream, salted caramel
Optional Cocktail Pairing: Minor Case rye, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Averna, banana-miso honey, toasted milk, brown butter bitters
