Join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025, for our Chef's Tasting Menu dinner series! This week’s menu highlights the bright, fresh flavors of spring, featuring three carefully curated courses that showcase the season’s finest ingredients. Enhance your experience with optional beverage pairings selected to complement each dish.

The dinner is $58 per person; if you want to add beverage pairings, it's $91. Reservations are recommended, but not required.

The Menu:

First Course:
burrata - roasted tomato, pistou, candied pecans, toasted sourdough

Optional Wine Pairing: Frecciarossa, pinot grigio, Oltrepo Pavese, Lombardy, IT, 2022

Second Course:
duck confit - preserved duck, roasted garlic, tagliatelle, Calabrian chili, peas, grano padano

Optional Wine Pairing: Estezargues, Domaine Les Genestas “Signargues”, grenache blend, Cotes du Rhone Villages, FR, 2023

Third Course:
profiterole- rhubarb-anise ice cream, salted caramel, amaro sfmuato

Optional Beverage Pairing: Amaro cocktail
